Cochinita (gf)

Oven braised pulled pork marinated with achiote paste and spices, cooked in banana leaves. Topped with pickled onion and hot habanero salsa

Slow cooked beef cheek braised in a three chillies salsa

Carne asada (gf)

Grilled marinated beef served with coriander, onion and salsa roja.
